For Tomorrow

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for the rest for his life.
~ Chinese Proverb

This proverb sounds reasonable and intuitive, so why then is it so difficult to implement? Throughout history education has been the primary catalyst for advancing humanity; whether socially, economically, financially, or politically. My Child's Footprint Foundation believes growing a child's footprint is the means to permanent change. A broad-base approach tends to raise all ships alike, without real change. Individual contribution without accountability and structure only temporarily satisfies without change. Education, partnership, and implementation are the values deemed imperative to grow a child's footprint, so when these candidates return to their respective communities their footprint will make an impression on their future.
